Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your BEAST deck. That said, due to the nature of the product—a printed creative tool—we can only accept returns under specific circumstances.

 

Returns are accepted only if:

- The product arrives damaged.

- The package is incomplete or missing essential items.

 

If any of these issues occur, please contact us at hello@creativesden.shop within 7 days of receiving your order. Include a description of the issue and photos of the item and packaging, if applicable.

 

Once reviewed, we will either:

- Offer a full refund.

- Send you a replacement (subject to availability).

 

Cancellations:

Orders are processed within 1 business day. If your order hasn't shipped yet, you're welcome to request a cancellation without penalty. Just email us as soon as possible with your order number.

We do not accept returns based on change of mind or creative preference. Our goal is to maintain a fair and sustainable process for both sides.
